The Importance of Physical Exercise on the Control of Obesity.







Friends, it has been scientifically proven that regular physical exercise is essential for a person to have a healthy life , aiding in their physical well-being, increased self esteem, weight loss and maintenance of ideal weight .

Nowadays, we live in a stressful society, in which we do not have time for anything else. The immediacy prevails, people do not do more hiking and they move through the various means of transport. Resulting from this that many times, excess weight is directly related to physical inactivity.

Moreover, rising levels of inactivity among the inhabitants of small, medium and large cities seem to play an important role in the rise of obesity in the population in many nations of the world. With the emergence of new technologies, the industry of consumer goods makes life increasingly practical. The phone, car, elevator, remote control and computer are just some examples of inventions that contribute to that, every day, people do less physical activities.

Fortunately, it seems that humans are becoming aware that physical exercise is one of the main alternatives for those who live at a blistering pace and want to have a good quality of life. Bearing in mind the need to develop new habits of life, giving greater emphasis to healthy activities that improve much our well being.

First, before you start your physical activity obviously must first go through a doctor and check if all is well. Then, we must always be accompanied by a professional Physical Education which is responsible for adapting the proper exercise to every person. Your contribution is crucial to the process, the rhythmic movement of dance, the activities in gyms , pools , through the martial arts. He has a key role in this quest for health and wellness , with a consequent improvement in quality of life. Increasingly emphasizing the pleasure in exercise, so it becomes a habit.

Several people not adapt to certain exercises or gymnastics eventually abandons them after awhile. Therefore, it is essential to discover the activity that gives you more pleasure, so she becomes a pleasurable activity.

Besides the importance of regular exercise in any weight loss program, one should not forget the proper control of the amount of calories, because exercise alone will not meet your needs completely.

Another important benefit that exercise provides the patient in treatment for obesity is the preservation of muscle mass, which in inactive patients, is decreased with weight loss .

Friends, we must never forget that physical activity should be individualized and respect the physical and clinical characteristics of each, considering their individuality.

So, to live more worthily, we will as far as possible, perform physical activities throughout our lives. Each in its rhythm and healthiest way possible.

  1. Awesome Luis... exercise is key and finding what works for us is important. I LOVE walking... I'm looking forward to Zumba - eating healthy is key too... these two go hand in hand :-)
