Leader!

Currently, several leaders in several areas, seem to have forgotten that they are mere mortals, and that the achievements , victories and success are only possible due to the work of a team, nothing can be achieved alone.

When there is only competition for a win, others must lose. Teamwork is based on unity, relationship, respect, and the potential to be winners. In a collaborative environment, people are treated with dignity and value, which does not always happen when there is a competition without limits.

A high performance team needs to be competitive, but this competition must occur outside, not inside the group, the so-called friendly fire.

Not to say that everyone on the team should always say amen therefore never despise constructive criticism, even if sometimes these differ from their own.

You have to fight to be somebody successful being grateful to those who helped you get there.  Listening to criticism and suggestions to grow and improve with them. After all, together we become stronger.

The boldness and perseverance, as well as the simplicity and humility are essential attributes to true leaders.
